Rarely do I hand out 5 stars… but this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. I called J Bell yesterday for an estimate for sprinkler repairs. They had a technician dispatched this morning. He was scheduled to be at my home by 8am… Isaiah was knocking on my door at 7:58am. Isaiah was prompt, professional, educational and efficient. He helped me understand where I was having challenges and made recommendations on some repairs to help save on the overall costs. Overall, it was a great experience. People like Isaiah make companies like J Bell Services look good and are great for the customer service industry.
We hired J Bell Services for Christmas lighting at our rooftop pool and they did a great job! Miriam was our contact and was very responsive and their team came out several times to check on the status of the lights and fixed anything we needed. Would definitely recommend!
